Holiday Artisan Chocolate & Wine Pairing Class with Chef Ellie Lavender, at the Winery: 9 December

You are invited to spend a delightful afternoon celebrating the holiday season by sipping fabulous Silver Mountain wine and discovering the amazing things you can do with chocolate. In this hands-on fun (vegan) artisan chocolate and wine pairing class Chef Ellie Lavender will teach you how to make exquisite artisan chocolates using Valrhona dark chocolate from France with your choice of organic ingredients that beautifully complement the chocolate, including: culinary herbs, flowers (lavender included), candied orange peel, dried delicate fruits such as blueberry, cherries, freeze dried raspberry, chocolate covered espresso beans, toasted hazelnut, orange zest and fleur de sel. Make a box as a gift for the holidays.

As you’re experimenting with chocolate, you’ll be treated to tastings of an array of amazing Silver Mountain wine: the 2010 Muns Vineyard Pinot Noir, 2016 Rosé of Pinot Noir and the 2013 Estate Chardonnay,

You'll leave the class joyful with a complimentary bottle of the wine of your choice from the selection above, samples of your artistic chocolate creations, and a small bag of Provence organic culinary lavender.
